Do you have hourly or daily rates?
We do not have hourly or day-wise rates. Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skillset required and time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.
Do you offer 'before 9 AM' and 'post 7 PM' services?
Presently we do not offer a before 9 a.m or a post 7p.m service.
Do your rates include the cost of materials also?
All our rates for Painting services are only for Labor Charges.
Is it safe for me to allow your Painting team in my home?
It is absolutely safe for you to trust our Painting team. All our Painters go through a round of background verification before being hired. Moreover, our Operations Team is always in constant touch with the Painters while the work is being done.
What are your rates?
We have rate cards visible on the APP and Web. Rate cards have prices for most of our services. For certain services, it is important for our Painters to make an inspection at your house, evaluate the scope of work and then give prices.
What are your work timings?
We operate between 9 a.m to 7 p.m, 7 days a week.
What if I am not happy with the service or the service provider?
If you do have any complaints, suggestions or feedback with regard to the service quality, or our service provider, pricing etc please report it to our Customer Support Desk at 9500522020 or mail us at support@gooesy.com. It is advised to do this within 24hrs of your service
What is the validity of the quote provided by GOOESY?
You can have full faith in the quote provided by GOOESY. Every single quote submitted to the customers are diligently checked and verified by our Operation Managers. However, if you still feel that the quote is on the higher side, you can always call up GOOESY and ask for a justification.
Do you offer warranty on your work?
We offer 7 days warranty on the work done. We would do the rework free of cost (excluding if any spare part/material is needed) should a problem arise within 7 days of the work done by us.
