We service following AC types
We have rate cards visible on the APP and Web. Rate cards have prices for most of our services. For certain services, it is important for our Technicians to make an inspection at your house, evaluate the scope of work and then give prices.
We operate between 9 a.m to 7 p.m, 7 days a week.
Presently we do not offer a before 9 a.m or a post 7p.m service.
If you do have any complaints, suggestions or feedback with regard to the service quality, or our service provider, pricing etc please report it to our Customer Support Desk at 95005 22020 or mail us at support@gooesy.com. It is advised to do this within 24hrs of your service.
We offer 7 days warranty on the work done. We would do the rework free of cost (excluding if any spare part/material is needed) should a problem arise within 7 days of the work done by us.
Our Experts shall help you in the procurement of spare parts/materials from standard shops. However, Gooesy will not be responsible for the quality of the spare parts; it lies on the manufacturer/seller of the same. The Experts should submit the original copy of the bills to you at all times.
All our rates for services are only for Labor Charges. They do not include the cost of materials. Our Experts will tell you what all materials (spare parts) is required for the job. You can choose to buy the materials yourself, or our Experts will buy the same for you. Always insists for bills, in the later case.
It is absolutely safe for you to trust our Experts. All our Experts go through a round of background verification before being hired. Moreover, Our Operations Team is always in constant touch with the Experts while the work is being done.

Once you schedule an appointment with us, one of our experts will come home to check your device. Mostly minor repairs are done at your place. However, if needed the device will be picked from your place and a quote provided within 24-48 hrs of pickup. You can then choose to either accept or reject the quote
There is no such thing called a minor work or major work. Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skillset required and time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.
You can have full faith in the quote provided by GOOESY. Every single quote submitted to the customers are diligently checked and verified by our Operation Managers. However, if you still feel that the quote is on the higher side, you can always call up GOOESY and ask for a justification.
All our Experts are qualified and highly experienced professionals with proper background checks & verifications done, such that your safety is never compromised. Also we offer a 7 day warranty on our service. If the problem recurs within this time period, we will re-do the job free of cost.
Once you have accepted the quote and the job has started you cannot cancel the job.
All our Experts are always on the move, and travel throughout the day for multiple jobs, so it is difficult for us to provide Service Centre Details.
Inspection/Visiting charges if applicable have to paid in cash at the time. Post inspection, we send you a mail with the repair quotes. Once the quote has been accepted by you, a second mail with a payment link will be sent to you. You can then choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card, Wallet or Net banking OR simply pay by Cash once service is done.
